Terms & Conditions

 

E-Marketing

One off submission service must be paid for in advance. This service has a maximum 30 day duration which commences once payment has cleared. Commencement date will be confirmed by email.

The monthly retainer option must be paid for within 5 days of commencement date. Commencement date will be confirmed by email with invoice including the payment due date. Working days can include bank holidays and weekends where deemed appropriate by marketing agent. Service will be considered completed upon minimum guaranteed required number of submissions being made (50 via our S.M.N.).
 

Writing Services

Payment for writing services must be paid for in advance unless otherwise agreed. Revisions – In the event that you are not happy with your document revisions will be provided for free. Please send us an email with a detailed description of what you wish to be changed. We will make revisions a maximum of three times unless otherwise agreed. In the event that you are still dissatisfied with the services provided, clients will be compensated by way of full or partial reimbursement based on the merits of each individual case. This decision is at the discretion of the manager. For Reviews and Previews clients must provide products at their own cost and we may not be able to return some products free of charge, this will be discussed when booking each job. For Web Content Writing, you provide the brief and we will provide professional content. For Articles/Blog Posts you supply the topic as well as any video's or images you want used and we will provide a professionally written article/post.
To have hard-copy documents returned/sent to you there is a flat rate fee of £5 for postage and packaging.
 

Website/Blog and E-mail Account Creation

Your website/blogs web address and your email address may not be able to be changed once created. By agreeing to use these services you agree that we are free to select the most appropriate name available at our own discretion. This will be as closely related to your suggested name(s) as possible.

Your blog will be hosted by Blogger.com and your web address will end with .blogspot.co.uk or blogspot.com (unless not otherwise possible). You are advised to change your password and see Blogger.com’s rules and guides once your blog has been created. Your website will be hosted by Wix.com. Please note this website is free of charge to run - however if you require an online store or premium features these upgrades must be purchased from Wix.com. These charges have nothing to do with WNM and you will be responsible for the upgrading of your website package.

Your e-mail account will be a free Gmail account which should be used at least once every thirty days or it could be deactivated. You are advised to change your password and familiarise yourself with Gmail's rules and help pages. (In occassional cases you will receive a hotmail email account).

You will be sent an email confirming your log in details and instructions. It is your responsibility to ensure these details are amended/kept secure.

Design and Printing Services
All design and printing services must be paid for in advance. The design service package selected determines how many revisions are available to you. In the event that you are still dissatisfied with the services provided, clients will be compensated by way of full or partial reimbursement based on the merits of each individual case. This decision is at the discretion of the manager. You must be free to use any artwork supplied to be printed or incorporated into our designs by owning the copyright or having full consent of the copyright holder. You will hold all legal responsibility for all costs and consequences incurred by us or you in relation to any such artwork supplied to us. We will do our utmost to advise you of any flaws in artwork provided but ultimately we are unable to bear responsibility for the print quality of the final product. If you are dissatisfied in any way all efforts will be made to resolve the issue as swiftly and satisfactorily as possible. All final decisions are at the discretion of the manager.

 

Important - All Services (except WNM Clothing)

You will receive an email confirmation of work to be carried out, payment method and due date and agreed deadline or working period. Once you respond to this email or make any payment you are in agreement to pay the full amount on time and agree to these terms and conditions in full.

Delivery time will be delayed if you fail to send required fee or information requested in a timely fashion. All services rendered will be usable by WNM (WriteNowMarketing or WNM Clothing & Personalisations) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed before work has begun.

 

WNM Clothing Services

 

General

• By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.

• Terms, prices and website content may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Changes will apply to subsequent orders received.

• All prices unless otherwise stated include VAT. If charged, VAT will be charged at the standard rate at time of ordering. Children’s garments are zero rated except for larger sizes which are standard rated.

· Any use of this site or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of  Leah James t/a WNM Group owner of WNM Clothing & Personalisations.

· All warranties express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information on this website we disclaim. These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

· These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

 

Payment

• Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, or PayPal Accepted.

• You may contact us to discuss other payment methods.

• If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.

• All goods remain the property of Leah James (WNM Clothing & Personalisation’s) until paid for in full.

 

Card Validation

· All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.

 

Product Information

· Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your viewing device, it cannot be guaranteed that your devices display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

· All sizes and measurements are approximate; although we ensure they will be as accurate as possible.

· Reasonable care will be taken to ensure that all details, descriptions appearing on this site are accurate and we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.

 

 

Returns

· Goods can only be returned by arrangement. You may return items within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. We are unable pay return shipping costs so it will be your responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely to us. We do not accept responsibility for goods that have been returned without prior agreement from us.

· Faulty items must be reported upon receipt.

· Please note that it may take a few working days for your refund to be processed depending on your bank. 

· You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services. 

· Items that have been personalised (by us or you) cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

 

Purchases

· Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed by us you will not be able to make any changes to it so please make sure that everything is correct before confirming your order.

·  We reserve the right to refuse any order.

· Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.

 

Personalisations/Custom Products

· We reserve the right to refuse any order and will not accept personalised orders of a nature we deem to be offensive, explicit or illicit.

· We are currently only able to personalise in the English language.

· Items that have been personalised (by us or you) cannot be returned under any circumstances.

· We will not take responsibility for any artwork sent to us by you. Artwork provided must be print ready/quality, spellchecked and proofed in every other way by you.

· For orders where you provide us with text to be included through this website or by email or any other written form must be spellchecked by you.

· Larger orders may be delayed if we suspect a misspelling, until you can be contacted to confirm.

· Not all items can be proofed. You will be advised of this if requested when your order is submitted.

 

 

Delivery

· Deliveries are made Mon -Deliveries are made Mon - Sat excluding Bank Holidays and Seasonal Holidays (Christmas and New Year. All orders are shipped by Royal Mail.

· We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises. Our deliverer is Royal Mail.
