WNM Clothing is an online store where we sell both branded and unbranded clothing and accessories for men, women and children.
Many of our items can be personalised - allowing you to customise a number of
options from colours and text to images and more.

Terms & Conditions
General
· By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here.
· Terms, prices and website content may change from time to time without prior notice to you. Changes will apply to subsequent orders received.
· All prices unless otherwise stated exclude VAT. If charged, VAT will be charged at the standard rate at time of ordering. Children’s garments are zero rated except for larger sizes which are standard rated.
· Any use of this site or its contents, including copying or storing it in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Leah James t/a WNM Group owner of WNM Clothing.
· All warranties express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information on this website we disclaim. These exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
· These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and it is agreed that the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
Payment
· Visa, Delta/Connect, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, Solo, or PayPal Accepted.
· You may contact us to discuss other payment methods.
· If you have paid via your PayPal account, transactions are charged at the time the goods are ordered, when you click on the confirm and pay option. If for some reason we are unable to ship your goods, the value of the items that are not despatched will be refunded to the original method of payment.
· All goods remain the property of Leah James (WNM Clothing) until paid for in full.
Card Validation
· All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.
Product Information
· Every effort is made to display as accurately as possible the colours of products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your viewing device, it cannot be guaranteed that your devices display will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
· All sizes and measurements are approximate; although we ensure they will be as accurate as possible.
· Reasonable care will be taken to ensure that all details, descriptions appearing on this site are accurate and we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been incorrectly published, including prices and promotions.
Returns
· Goods can only be returned by arrangement. You may return items within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. We are unable pay return shipping costs so it will be your responsibility to ensure goods are returned safely to us. We do not accept responsibility for goods that have been returned without prior agreement from us.
· Faulty items must be reported upon receipt.
· Please note that it may take a few working days for your refund to be processed depending on your bank.
· You will be refunded on to the card that the goods were purchased with. If your card expires before we process your refund please contact our customer services.
· Items that have been personalised (by us or you) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
Purchases
· Once you have checked out and your order has been confirmed by us you will not be able to make any changes to it so please make sure that everything is correct before confirming your order.
· We reserve the right to refuse any order.
· Where applicable, you may cancel your order in accordance with your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Orders are processed the following working day from when your order is placed and are dispatched within 5 working days. If a proof is requested you have 24 hours to request any changes unless otherwise stated.
Personalisations/Custom Products
· We reserve the right to refuse any order and will not accept personalised orders of a nature we deem to be offensive, explicit or illicit.
· We are currently only able to personalise in the English language.
· Items that have been personalised (by us or you) cannot be returned under any circumstances.
· We will not take responsibility for any artwork sent to us by you. Artwork provided must be print ready/quality, spellchecked and proofed in every other way by you.
· For orders where you provide us with text to be included through this website or by email or any other written form must be spellchecked by you
· Larger orders may be delayed if we suspect a misspelling, until you can be contacted to confirm.
Delivery
· Deliveries are made Mon-Fri excluding Bank Holidays and Seasonal Holidays (Christmas and New Year). All orders are shipped by Courier.
· We make every effort to dispatch your goods on the date agreed. We can not be held responsible for goods being delayed, or any subsequent losses incurred once they have left our premises.
· Our courier is myHermes and parcels can be tracked on their website in real time. Please find the link below.
